Services
Two ways in. Three more when you need them.
Discovery understands it. Foundry builds it, and keeps building it.
Two services that run into each other.
Discovery establishes what you actually have: the data, the processes and where optimisation is genuinely available. Foundry builds what that points to, puts it into production, and stays with it as load and scope grow.
Most engagements run through both, in that order, but not all of them. Plenty of organisations arrive with the decision already settled and start at Foundry, and a Discovery that ends in "do not build this" is a result we are glad to deliver. What the two share is that neither stops at a document: Discovery ends with a recommendation you can act on, and Foundry does not end at a launch date.
Discovery
Consultancy & diagnostics
“What have we actually got, and what is worth doing with it?”
Consultancy. We work with your teams to understand the data you hold, the processes running on top of it and where optimisation is genuinely available, then say plainly what is worth building and what is not.

Engineering & delivery
“Who builds it, and how does it reach production?”
Building. A senior-led team takes a decision, yours or one that came out of Discovery, through architecture, delivery and release, then stays with the system as load, scope and the business around it grow.

Not every situation is a consultancy engagement or a build. These three cover the ones that are not: a company too early for either, a team that needs leading rather than replacing, and a build that should not start from an empty repository.

Early-stage partnership
Support. For early-stage companies: we participate directly, supplying engineering resource, technical direction and advice to founders and small businesses building their first products, and stay involved as the company grows.

Team assembly & technical leadership
We work out what your next stage actually needs, help you assemble the team for it from our people, your people or the hires you are about to make, and provide the technical leadership to run it. The standard is the same whoever the engineers belong to.

Kit
Pre-built components & accelerators
Twelve years of production work leaves a lot of solved problems behind. Kit is the tested components, patterns and accelerators we bring into a build so you pay for what is genuinely new rather than for ground the industry has already crossed.
