Booking platforms tend to apply one discount rule to every customer, which overprices the people who would have paid more and underprices the ones who needed a reason to convert. Pricing at session level fixes that, but only with enough live traffic to learn from. A low-volume catalogue will not produce signal worth acting on, and we would rather establish that before building the engine than after.
